Historic biographies have been compiled about members of the Utah Stay line. These biographies serve as models for other work to be done. The biographies are to be indexed and hopefully be interactive with the data base so that readers can highlight the tags and link to an  individual and geographical references.

•  Joseph Stay, An Early LDS Convert  A history of Joseph Stay born 1882, son of Peter Stay and his family. 31 typewritten pages with 18 pictures. By Gary E. Stay, 1994 
• Sarah Jane Stayhistory (in development)  Sarah Jane, Joseph Stay's oldest daughter has a remarkable history. This work is a first attempt to compile her life. Family members are invited to assist in the expansion and further development of her biography 
• Mary Cornelia Wkoodbury   This is a history written by her grand-daughter Lorna Ellen Stay  It also includes an eulogy  given by Archibald F. Bennett upon the 100th year celebration of her birth. 
• Rigo Hawkins Biography  In his later years Rigo Hawkins, husband of Charlotte Elizabeth Stay wrote a history of his life in his own hand.  This biography is written using the same spelling and verbiage of his original manuscript.  A second history of his life written by his grand daughter Aurelia Pyper Richards will be added to this file as it is transcribed to the computer. 
  
• Joseph Charles and Alice Elmina Stay and Family   This history was compiled by Nina Stay Rokes from notes written and left by Alice Bailey Stay prior to her death.  It includes a history of Joseph Charles Stay and short early histories of each of their children. 
• Rhoda Gunn Stay Personal History and Family  This history was written by Rhoda after her 90th birthday.  The history includes a tribute to her by a grandson and short summaries of her each of her children. 
• Wilford Valentine Stay Personal History  An appendix to the history above. 
• Alfred Alexander Nethercott Family history   Alfred's wife Charlotte was a sister to Sarah Jane Pearce Stay.  This is a very interesting  history of a family with whom the Stay family share their Pearce family with. 
• Catherine Woodbury Stay Green's personal history      Catherine was one of Joseph Hyrum Stay's daughters 
• Joseph Arnold Green     Husband of Catherine Woodbury Stay Green (as told by Catherine) 
• Edward Casper Gunderson Personal History     Rosetta Stay and Mary Carma Stay's husband

It also gives a history of the Wilford Ward in which the Charles Stay Family lived. A short history by Alice Irene White Stay, wife of Joseph Aden Stay is presented. (Not typed yet)
